There's a lot of favoritism from upper management, if a certain mangers don't like you you can forget of getting promoted, they never give raises they just talk to you on how to improve sales for commissions this leads to how they force employees to sell additional products or face getting let go, and honestly the additional products the company offers aren't as good as those of Farmers, State Farm, and Allstate
