Pros

Not one pro, this place is awful

Cons

Very low pay for commissions. They run it like a call center. You’re threatened constantly if you don’t produce. They listen to calls to make sure you’re on script. They strip you of your personality when trying to sell with their pushy sales tactics. They buy and sell people’s information when getting a quote. They will have offices calling customers to the point of harassment. Everyone is quitting because of upper management, which are paid very well compared to the agents who are the ones selling. Morale is at its lowest. Most offices are completely closed due to lack of staffing. Customers get aggravated because they cannot get ahold of their agent. They rip employees off not paying them proper overtime, Confie runs freeway like a sweatshop. Every minute of your time has to accounted for. Do not work for this company. They say they care about their employees but they only care about covering their hind ends from getting sued. They are open on Christmas… that should tell you everything you need to know about working for this company.

Pros

my co workers and a small portion of the clients were the only good thing about this job

Cons

the pay structure. base pay VS commission, not base pay WITH commission like every other insurance agency. Additionally, you see AT MOST 12% of the 15% commission that Freeway gets from you selling a policy. And you see at most 23% of the broker fee that you charge your non standard clients. You are """encouraged""" (read: forced) to charge poor people down on their luck exorbitant broker fees, and make up some fake discount if they by some chance are not able to. But, of course, you get chewed out if you don't charge at least a 200 broker fee. Look at your gross income go up. Now think about how you wont see any of that money. Feels really good, doesn't it? Honestly, you could write a whole book on Freeway's faults. Not Good.
