more frequent opportunities to advance due to high turnover because they are desperate to stop the bleed. they repositioned as fast fashion so you can get knock offs of more successful contemporary brands with your clothing allowance.
Cons
business suffering, profits dismal, in constant restructure mode trying to make something stick. a lot of late nights in the office. unequipped leadership creates a toxic environment, constant gossip and rumor mill. winning the popularity contest is how you do well. they tout inclusion but sold pride merch without donating proceeds, poc are only in non client facing roles, and hire based on looks. runs more like a sorority than a business.
