Great boss, learned a lot, present to higher ups when needed, and customer interfacing

Cons

1) Was not advised or consulted on jobs or projects I was personally involved in 2) brushes to the side a lot due to “inexperience” 3) Undervalued 4) Horrible pay compared to industry

Pros

Busy but very positive work environment. Great work life balance and having every other Friday off is a definite plus. Fun extra activities planned, 5K walk, LI Ducks games, Mr Softee, really takes care of their employees to boost morale

Cons

Long work days, but worth it to get every other Friday off
