Pros
The close-knit family atmosphere made me feel welcome when I started with Fresh, although it became a bit strained and contrived as the culture changed. Benefits and pay were above retail average, and the autonomy in stores (though a double-edged sword) made for a nice environment. Lovely travel destinations for sales meetings.
Cons
Corporate takes themselves a little too seriously, and there are people in their positions who have them seemingly by default, and are therefore not very effective. The authenticity of Fresh's products and storylines need to be shifted so customers aren't so confused when they shop for the products.
