One of the largest Salad Producers in North America. Excellent Supervisors.
Cons
Run down machinery - dark, dirty and rusted production environment. Management is expected to work 6 days a week - no work/life balance. Zero ability to accomplish anything - all major decisions are made at corporate. Poor pay for hourly workers.
