      Competitive pay for the field and area.

      Cons

      Union workplace which means management/salary employees and hourly employees have very different treatment, standards, expectations, pay, and benefits. The union hurts the company as a whole a lot more than it helps in my experience and opinion.

      Well it pays the bills

      So many to list. The foreigners are usually the ones put in positions such as machine operators and the Guatemalans getaway with everything. They don't care about their people at this place
