Managment is extremley flat, with the open mindenss and self security to encourage ideas,planning and suggestions from anyone that works for the company. Room for growth is infinate and your continusly involved in process improvment and projects. Great place to work if you hate redundency and you love change. Prob. Some of the best senior Managment I have ever worked for,you have one or two incompetent senior but rising tides lift all boats.
Cons
Pay, pay, pay and pay. For the level,commitment,extent of work you do and the fact the company is based out of nyc the pay for junior mangment is a joke. I can barely cover my expenses. Benefits are embarassing and plant managment regularly flaunt their bigger bonuses in transportation managments face.
