Pros
The people are great, and there is opportunity in a lot of different roles. If you are interested in the food industry, or other fields such as technology, HR, then it's a great place for you. The corporate office has a lot going on. You can also drive a truck and work in the plant.
Cons
If you are not in the corporate office, then you will have a very tough job. Understand what the job is before you start. The leadership is good, but the each job pays a different salary, so know that the food business is not typically a high paying career path.
