      Easy work hours Free food

      Cons

      SUPER old equipment drove a truck with 700k miles Wont lay you off instead look for a dumb reason to fire you so you dont get unemployment. Favoritism runs rampid here Managers and Supervisors do not care about your wellbeing they just want the work done as fast as possible no room to move up lots of false promises when you first get hired Non compliant DOT equipment and force you to use it or get fired.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, bonuses. There are a lot of talented and genuinely good people who work for this company. If you work in the office you can get 5 weeks of PTO. Most people are out of the office by 3 or 4.

      Cons

      As company gets bigger, some perks are disappearing. It happens with any startup.
