      Pros

      Where do I start.. great company and culture. Great People to work with who care about you and your success in your professional and personal life. THE best benefits I've ever had, health insurance and the company covering 3 quarters of deductible, maternity leave, PTO, work life balance, training, stocks offered, 401K match, bonuses, tuition reimbursement, full kitchens onsite. The executive team is so down to earth and management cares and pushes you to do your best and learn.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, bonuses. There are a lot of talented and genuinely good people who work for this company. If you work in the office you can get 5 weeks of PTO. Most people are out of the office by 3 or 4.

      Cons

      As company gets bigger, some perks are disappearing. It happens with any startup.
