Pros

The only pro is the pay.

Cons

They hire literally anyone, which makes for a terrible work environment. Poor supervision people get away with everything. They will force you to work 12 hours shifts back to back, in ANY condition with no hesitation. Unfair metrics that some people have to keep with everyday and some just don’t. Not meeting metrics will get you fired. Your 15 minute breaks are timed and you can be written up for break overages that also leads to termination, and again only some employees are held to this standard. The place is the size of a football field not to mention you have to constantly stop for forklifts while getting to and from the break area, by the time you settle 5 mins of your break is already gone. Frito lay does not care about their employees at all, just profits and getting product out by any means necessary, even if they have to burn people out to do it. Do not get lured in by the pay it’s not worth your Sanity!

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
