Pros
Good pay and benefits for both hourly and salary employees.
Cons
Requires a lot of time and dedication. Work life balance is not an option here. Folks sometime work more than a 12 hour day 6 days a week. While managers only work five days a week and work 8-10 hour days. The company frowns upon missing work while you are sick. It is also frowned upon for male employees to use all the time given to you by the state for baby bonding. Lazy managers seem to keep their jobs while the ones that make an impact get let go. You have to be willing to be buddy buddy with upper management in order to move up in the origination. If employees get caught falsifying documents they are terminated. If managers falsifying documents nothing happens to them. The manager on 1st is always saying inappropriate things about employees that can be seen as racist. Upper management is aware of this cause they are around when he makes certain comments. But they do not tell or do anything to him. He may be joking, but to other people this is just disrespectful.
