Pros

Ins and vac time is about it; you do get to work at your own pace but it better be fast or you will be working 12 hours every day, or more.

Cons

Long hours, working every holiday, and losing pay every month because you cant hit your unreasonable sales target. Working when hurt or sick because there is literally no one to cover for you. Always getting product forced onto you that you dont need then they wonder why you have so many stales.

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
