Pros

Pretty much set your own hours (but not work days), can make some money if you put the time in, heavy workload but easy work if you know how to work hard, quickly, and efficiently.

Cons

Often long hours, work weekends and holidays, management basically useless, many useless/lazy coworkers which makes your job more difficult. High turnover because perception from applicants is that it's a simple potato chip selling job. Pay structure continually changing. Outlook negative with heavy competition, product not selling as well as it had in the past, unreasonable sales expectations, company always looking for ways to pay employees less.

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
