Pros
Salary and benefits are very good
Cons
I worked at the Aberdeen plant and the culture in this plant is terrible. Although it’s a good company the culture and atmosphere in this plant is terrible.Forced overtime, favoritism, and management who target workers they have personal issues with make this a horrible place to work. You constantly get forced to work on your days off because the turnover rate at this plant is ridiculous, so they are constantly short of PMO’s. The training is long and the trainer is terrible-you do book training then they throw you on the floor to learn the machines with current PMO’s and you barely see the trainer again. Although, I have heard they have a new trainer so maybe the new one is better. It is a very high pressure job and they constantly change procedures, update machines, and change processes with little to no training and expect you to figure it out- but of course hold you accountable for everything. If you have no problem working 6 or 7 days a week regularly, are unbothered by stress and pressure, and like working for managers who don’t value or appreciate you this is the company for you! Sell your soul and make that money.
