Pros

Good pay and benefits. Coworkers are good people and are helpful to new hires.

Cons

vacations are planned out a year in advance and company is not very flexible. Long hours up to 60+ hours per week put in especially during holidays. Sick time is given but you will likely have to work days off to make up for that time. Support is lacking for bulk drivers dealing with Walmart's and bigger stores.
