Pros

Working alone each day. Get to plan out your day.

Cons

55000 to 60000 based on 50 plus hours a week . New hires get the worst routes. You get a planned sales figure that is not achievable. If you do not make the plan number they give you they take hundreds of dollar out of your last check each month. If you take a personal day they give you no credit for the sales on your route that day causing you to miss plan resulting in losing 200. Hundred to 400 dollars on your last check of that period. Terrible work life balance. Start time 4am with 10 hour days min. 60 hour work week on holiday weeks to make plan at an additional OT rate of less than 10.00 per hour .

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
