Pros

Pay and benefits. 50% of the frontline team is solid, good people

Cons

Very poor GTM technology, leadership does not care for frontline, all equipment is 10 years behind, reactive safety culture, poor leadership (not action oriented) bring in college hires over any internal qualified candidates, career moves depend on how well you play the smile and not worry about our issues game. Political culture in top local management, union shop, union is invisible

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
