Pros

Decent starting pay and benefits package. Friendly atmosphere, managers who are available when called even if they can’t help resolve the issue I’m having.

Cons

My trainer works 11-12 hour days with no breaks, and no lunch. I didn’t sign on for this. Speaking of signing, the 3k sign on bonus, I was told at my interview would be given after 90 days. Turns out it’s given in installments over 2 years. So I’ll get the 3k I was promised after 90 days… in 2 years. I have also been waiting for my login info for a week, I cannot gain access to any employee systems I can’t set up direct deposit, I can’t select my health insurance package, or my 401k or even access TRAINING MATERIALS. I can’t punch in or out to record my hours? I can’t submit my mileage. I have not been given my uniforms… this place is seriously lacking in organization. To say the very least.

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
