Pros

Decent money. 50-60 hours a week. 2 days off in a row. Good benefits.

Cons

Routes vary. Good routes make for happy employees. Bad or heavy routes make for a very unhappy work experience. Bonuses are paid not off what you sell but how much you sell above what the company tells you you should sell. Has become very micromanaged.

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
