Pros

Work at your own pace with little to no management breathing down your neck

Cons

No work life balance 11-14 work days with a more push of having 14 hours with no additional overtime pay for the added extra work and stops added on a monthly basis. Working everyone to the ground very back breaking labor with no relief in sight. Was already working 45-59 hours for 5 years now working 65-75 hours a week. Cut routes to create more of a workload for already packed routes. Poor management, no one seems to care. Everything is only to impress the shareholders and create more bonuses in the CEO pockets that we get barely anything, at times owning the company for our bonus. So more work to own a company money lol

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
