Pros

Can always take some chips home from off the truck and no one will care

Cons

Will put you on salary then require you to work almost 60 hrs a week. Management will make up little stuff to get on you about. God forbid just one bag of chips is turned the wrong way and doesn't look pretty enough on the shelf Will come to your university and promise all sorts of things about being a sales manager after you graduate. Then will make you and treat you like just another driver and never give you the position you signed up for. Wake up at 2 AM everyday No work life balance whatsoever. And you will be working weekends and holidays. Low chance that you'll get the time off if you ask for it. The morale in the warehouse is so bad. Everyone seems to hate their life. Work with some very low iq individuals.

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
