Pros

Weekly pay( if you work 50+ hrs), heath benefits, 401k savings.

Cons

Everything not listed above, even the supervisors. They bribe their workers into thinking they are appreciated, just to get their product delivered and stocked. When a store says cut back on product due to Frito having a lot of product in back stock you’re told to order more. So supervisors could meet plan for their salary, when it didn’t benefit the RSA who’s only filling in. They gossip, so don’t tell a supervisor confidential information because it’s not confidential the entire DC will know. RSR’s leave a lot undone, then it falls on the RSA you ask why they claim we are a “Team,” while also having to do your work.

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
