Pros
Great pay, great benefits, great coworkers
Cons
*It is union so if you are new you will be forced overtime a lot, until someone newer comes along or all the positions are filled.* Rules are rules especially with time, you cannot be late or absent without taking a point (-5 points and you are fired) theres no humanity, even if you are a good worker in a rough patch they wont care, even if you are always going above and beyond, or always signing up for over time, *managers are straight from college *everyone starts at night because it is union and you have to hope when there is an opening there isnt someone with more senority dosnt want the position. *time clocks are so far inside that if you are on time you are late, between parking and walking 2 miles inside it takes about 10-15 minutes to clock in. * every other department pays certain people to train new people except maintenance, that causes the other guys to not want to train you, you end up no knowing much and failing
