Pros
A great place to work if you have the skills and willingness to invest a lot of time and effort. The company is very much on the leading edge of their industry and have good future business prospects in their industry. They are a global company, and you might experience greater success working with them overseas than in the United States.
Cons
Management is unable to help with employee job retention or placement during slow work periods. Employees have to be on top of their game to succeed and stay here. This is not an 8 am to 5 pm job, even though management tries to capture how much time employees work outside of normal business hours.
