Not a long term thing. - Lab Technician Frontage Laboratories Employee Review

There ae favorites within the company. The only ones who see any benefit for all the hard work the employees do are those super high on the totem pole like the directors. You are promised raises and compensation for your hard work and even taking on multiple roles and you don't really get much when that time comes. The response to that is "Continue to prove yourself and keep up the hard work" until the next review. Overall this company is full of false promises and wasted time.
