Pros
Good people work there Good middle management Health care benefits are pretty good...free dental and vision, 401k match after one year...100 percent vested after three years
Cons
Incompetent upper management from Director, VP, and Executive team VERY low pay compared to other Major U.S. airlines. In my position at other major airlines the average salary range is 55,000 to 80,000 per year. That is what the old Frontier paid before Republic bought them out. My salary when I left Frontier with 5 years experience, with a B.S. in aviation, in a supervisory position...32,000 a year They also announced they "might" be ending the bonus program. I'm sure going to miss that extra 220.00 dollars a year a got from them. The turn over is very high. In my old department of 20 people, turn over was around 50% a year. But what do you expect when you pay college grads 23,000 a year. It will take them 5+ years to break 30,000!
