Pros
Flight benefits are a definite plus. The vast majority of people working are incredibly kind and want to help others do well. The training department for Flight Attendants is incredible.
Cons
Bait and switch: will advertise as hiring for certain bases just to send you to completely different ones (Trenton, NJ). Junior flight attendants are placed on 24 hour reserve blocks. However, almost never called to fly. Making it next to impossible to make enough money to survive in the city you had to relocate to. They plan on sending a lot of new people to New Jersey to help with the launch of a co-domicile in Philadelphia. So don't get too excited about Denver or Orlando if you get hired as a Frontier flight attendant because odds are you'll end up on the east coast.
