Pros
The best part of Frontier Airlines is the people you get to work and bond with. The flight benefits are generous, to a degree.
Cons
Although you get to bond with your fellow colleagues, you will quickly find them or yourself outsourced faster than you can blink. Everyone is on edge because they don't know their fate. In my 18 years there, the company has survived a bankruptcy and has changed management/ownership at least 3 times. The latest management is more about cost saving measures than the customer experience. Frontier used to be a brand Colorado locals would go to, hands down, before any other airline. The loyalty was unwavering. Now, the locals hate the brand and will fly the competitors first, without giving Frontier a second thought. The less revenue being brought in, the more management will find a reason to outsource jobs. Part of changing their business models to become an ultra low cost airline was to seriously undervalue their work talent, paying the best people in the industry the lowest wages possible, which resulted in high turnover.
