Pros
Good coworkers. Easy job with shorter flights and middle of the road layovers, offers a ton if flexibility after your first few years.
Cons
Supervisors are rude and you will have to fight for help with anything you need. You are treated almost like an independent contractor with no support systems whatsoever. Terrible wage and benefits compared to other airlines. False promises during the interview stages. Consistent contract violations that take months to review. Turnover is insanely high which leads to delays and cancellations that will affect your time off. Passengers are very rude given they’ve most likely been harassed by gate agents. CEO is on record stating no one should work for frontier for more than a few years to get somewhere better. You are purely a number to them, not a person.
