Pros
The company does provide an above average pay rate and benefits and has several positions in our area consisting of billing, order entry, engineers and technicians. These same positions normally can be found in many of the servicing areas.
Cons
Hard work is not acknowledged, from my experience, and sadly rarely are individuals held accountable in their work ethics or lack of. I found that most were promoted for who they knew and willing to bully rather than practicing well rounded business practices with individuals who held the expertise that were needed in any particular field. While the job itself showed a lot of promise, the company's inability to make the needed decisions to help the growth of itself within the area was considerably troubling.
