Pros
The people that work there are awsome. Good training very lax attendance policy for a call center. You can come and go as you please.
Cons
Low pay for existing Frontier employees, middle management is great if not a bit inexperienced they get what they pay for. Some cronyism so kiss butt right away. Medical insurance is poor but better before the Verizon sale. There will be pay cuts or layoffs in April after all X-Verizon people are off the Verizon payroll.
