Great job, poor communication between organizations and upper management and front line employees - Supervisor Frontier Employee Review

Always expected to do more with less. Communication between upper management and front line does not exist. Upper management builds processes they know nothing about without asking for input from those that actually have to use the process or system they decide to put in place. Upper management also makes promises they cannot keep and then expect those who have to deal with the customer but does not communicate that the employees that have to deal with the customer.
