      Pros

      Great local workgroups, great core of employees from GTE/Verizon, vacation and paid time off also great

      Cons

      Faulty outdated systems, no sense of urgency to keep loyal customers from switching to competitors, CEO blames employees for lost revenue, and they just eliminated bonuses and raises for management employees.... sad that at one point this place was the leader in broadband entertainment... now they are just the unreliable cable guys
