Pros
Haven't yet been "downsized," although have been on the chopping block every year since I've started, even though I hold more experience and education than my supervisors.
Cons
Company does not know which way they are going... Every day there are more layoffs and reorganizations, new appointments, then more layoffs and new hires again. Stock is down 50% in three years, yet CEO pay is up 80%. Finally, 2012 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results says "The fourth quarter of 2012 severance cost relates to 537 employees leaving the business in connection with the Company's plan to reduce both wage and non-wage costs following the completion of its integration activities". PLAN TO REDUCE WAGES?
