Pros
The front line workers, from the customer service and sales reps, techs, to the coaches and center leads are all sincere hard working people....however....
Cons
The employees are beleaguered by failing internal systems that make everyone's day stressful and being effective in our service to customers an uphill battle. The group 3 (Frontier new hires in the past 2 years) turnover rate is over 75%! I can only think that the senior management at the corporate level can only be one or all of the following: inept, crazy or evil. I've never worked anywhere before where the national leadership was so universally disliked by their employees to the level it is here.
