      Pros

      Yearly Income and fairly good benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Everything but the money. Broadband now is worse than Centurylink 10 years ago. Workload extremely too high for techs to succeed in taking care of customers needs.

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
