Pros
Company has good pay, benefits, and training. They are also good with having time off for maternity and paternity leave.
Cons
We are currently unsure of our future benefits and pay at the company but that is mostly because we have a UNFIT President of the United States who basically makes it impossible to operate a business in this country. Obama policies make everything seem so unstable that the company is, with good reason worried to give a contract as it has in the past.
