Pros
Frontier is a great company to work for! I started off in the contact center and moved to a department of the company i love to be a part of. All the senior leadership are very easy to work with and make the work enviroment a fun one!
Cons
Frontier is not perfect, I don't know of a company that is. I could spend time being looking for the imperfections, but for me I haven't found a deal-breaker for me working at Frontier.
