Pros

none, objectives are so high, can not get commissions. People above have NO ILEC experience, Wireless experience does not count as that is retail and customers come to the retail stores

Cons

Sales process to get a contract processed, you have to do all T's and C's, plus do all the SOW's, input into SF, and then get the contract rejection, are only some of the contract/compensation process issues

Cons

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
