Pros
Flexible positions - you can change positions every 6 months if you do not like were you are at. PTO is pretty nice (scales with time there) M-F in most positions - Ground level jobs are union-ed (if you like that sort of thing) Paid training
Cons
Supervisors are human, some good days (depending on which one) more bad days Generally enter through call center (good money, terrible customers) M-F in most positions - Ground level jobs are union-ed (if you don't like that sort of thing) Manditory overtime when on the phones - Not so lucky when off the phone
