Pros
Meaningful, creative work that varies. Opportunities to build network within various departments and regions within the U.S. The New Haven, CT location is near lots of interesting places downtown. This is a paid internship that offers dense experience when working with the right people. Because of this, interns are treated with respect.
Cons
Poor work-life balance. To get a snapshot of the culture- colleagues may joke that having a life outside Frontier is a bit of a myth. This is of course a joke, but gives you an idea of the hard-working culture that leaves little room for slack.
