Pros
I love helping others and making a difference. The company has great benefits and is really good about PTO and has a matched 401k plan.
Cons
Not many team players. Most of the people are great people but could use a lesson in being a team. I think in time it will all get worked out and there are always going to be kinks in the system no matter where you work so just the normal he said she said stuff that goes on everywhere.
