      Overall, a job to be proud of and good people to work with. As well as learning programs and training is positive.

      Now here are the cons, the chain of command is confusing and can sometimes lead to diffrent idea's and instructions, which can lead to confusion at times on learning.

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits as well. Good environment to work in and nice team members as well.

      Cons

      In the Customer Service side, they care more about is metrics and performance than the customer service agents. Call are back to back all day and it is exhausting.
