Management will promise one thing but then HR will say another which makes for some upset employees, including myself and it didn't just happen once, but several times. HR started out a conversation with "So let me get this straight..." HR is supposed to be on the employees side. Everything moves very slowly and decisions are not made quickly. Toxic work environment where employees and other members of the office would talk badly about one another.
