      - Cares more about numbers and goals rather than the employees. - Does not keep up with the current competitors: Low pay, no casual days, no training program, Vacation & PTO are minimal. -

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits as well. Good environment to work in and nice team members as well.

      Cons

      In the Customer Service side, they care more about is metrics and performance than the customer service agents. Call are back to back all day and it is exhausting.
