Pros
Frost is generally a great place to work, paid vacation time for part time employees, benefits, most people are great, and customers are loyal.
Cons
Management has taken a down turn, the pay is not competitive, too many changes occurring in a short amount of time with no real opportunity for input from employees which makes it easy to become unhappy. Communication could also be improved.
