Pros
The people that I work with are awesome, but you do have your few that feel like you are beneath them. I think it's a good bank to have on the resume because Frost has a very respectable rep.
Cons
Trying to move up (or at least that is what I have experienced) is like trying to pull teeth. If you don't look, act or fit their criteria of what they want, then you can forget about it because someone else who hasn't been there as long as you will get the position you have waited forever for. Also the womans dress code (on the retail side only, everyother department is very lenient) is ok. The only thing I wish is that there was a break on wearing panty hose during the hot summer months.
