Okay - Anonymous employee Frost Bank Employee Review

Pay. (Slightly lower than competitors, however, they will justify this with a good retirement plan and vacation.) Promotion. (There is some shady stuff, but I feel like you'll get that in most every company. I've seen people work their way up from the bottom. I've also seen people give 110% and receive no more than a "good job." This, I'm sure is everywhere, but it's a shame when you give the best and can't move further.)
